Former national team player with 112 caps and now a manager. Dutch international for 14 years and 5 big tournaments. Frank represented many great clubs: Ajax, Barcelona, Galatasaray and Rangers. He started his coaching career in 2010 with Ajax and from 2020 he is a national team manager since Koeman went to Barcelona.

BEST RESULT: Their best result is the title from 1988. They were in a group with Soviet Union, Ireland and England. Netherlands won second place with a loss in the first match against Soviets and won in the other two. In the semi-finals Netherlands faced host West Germany and won 2-1. Final match was the same as their first match but this time they were better and won 2-0. This was Holland's first title in big tournaments as they previously lost two WC finals in the 70s.
