LA LIGA 2019/20 MANAGERS DURING THEIR PLAYING DAYS

This will be 89 La Liga season since its establishment. Barcelona have chance to win their 3rd title in a row. 
Promoted teams are Osasuna, Granada and Mallorca.

Here you can see La Liga managers during their playing days. Fran Escriba and Diego Martinez never played football professionally while some other played only for smaller clubs so I couldn't find any photo of them during playing days.

MANAGERIAL CHANGES:

Albert Celades (Real Madrid / Valencia): Former Spain national team player Celades is a new manager of Valencia. 


Pablo Machin (Numancia / Espanyol): Do to bad results David Gallego got replaced with Pablo Machin.


Oscar Garcia Junyent (Barcelona / Celta Vigo): Former Barca footballer is a new manager of Celta Vigo.

 
Javier Aguirre (Mexico / Leganes): Ex Mexican national team player Javier Aguirre is a new coach of Leganes. Leganes will be 5th Spain club in his coaching career as he previous coached Osasuna, Atl. Madrid, Zaragoza and Espanyol.


Abelardo (Barcelona / Espanyol): Former Spain national team player is a new manager of Espanyol.


Quique Setien (Logrones / Barcelona): Quique replace Valverde as Barcelona manager.


Alexis Trujillo (Betis): Trujillo, former Betis footballer, is a new clubs interim manager.


Francisco Rufete (Valencia / Espanyol): Former Spain international is a new Espanyol interim manager. He also played there from 2006 to 2009.


Voro (La Coruna / Valencia): Voro is a new caretaker manager of Valencia where he played from 1982 to 1993.


Juan Ramon Lopez Muniz (Sporting Gijon / Alaves): New Alaves manager.
